★I’ll keep shipping to the United States!

For now, orders from the United States are limited to flat items and digitals only. Other products are temporarily unavailable for shipping due to new customs regulations. That’s why some products may no longer appear on the website for US customers. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Since August 2025, a new U.S. law has changed the rules for international mail. In theory, this means that even small orders could be subject to customs fees.
The good news is that I always ship my stickers in flat envelopes through the international postal service. These are the most invisible type of mail for customs, thats why I never heard any of my customers having to pay customs fees. Flat mail like mine usually isn’t treated as commercial parcels by customs and is very unlikely to be charged.
So here is my promise to you: If one day you are asked to pay customs and decide to refuse the delivery, I will refund your order in full (including shipping costs) once the envelope is returned to me.
I want your order to be a little piece of joy, never a source of stress.
If anything changes with this law or if I ever notice that too many orders are being returned, I will adapt. I’ll always share updates on instagram, in my newsletter, and on my FAQ page. You’re also welcome to reach out directly on instagram or through my contact page here if you ever need more information.

★Where is your shop located?

I live in france so all your happy mails are created and sent from France.

★Do you ship to my country?

I'm shipping worldwide.

★Processing times?

My processing times are 1-5 business days.

★When will my order arrive?

After your order has been marked as shipped:
Europe: 2-15 business days
Outside of Europe: 4 business days-3 weeks
Delivery time depends on the final shipping destination, I can't guarantee these shipping estimates.
You can use the tracking number you received in your email if you have selected "Tracked Shipping" at the checkout.

★Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

★Returns and cancellations

Returns:
According to articles L.221-18 and following ones of the french code of consumption, you can contact me within 14 days of delivery at contact.tinyyume@gmail.com with your name, address and number of your order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping when you return the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept returns/refunds for custom products, personalized orders, deteriorated products, products used by the customer and digital products.
Cancellation:
Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are not accepted during sales.
Orders of digital products can't be cancel/refund because of the nature of these items.
Your order never arrives? I can't replacing/refund orders if you choose "standard shipping" at checkout. You have to choose "tracked shipping" if you want to be protected.
