I live in france so all your happy mails are created and sent from France.

 I'm shipping worldwide.

My processing times are 1-4 business days.

After your order has been marked as shipped:
Europe: 2-15 business days
Outside of Europe: 4 business days-3 weeks
Delivery time depends on the final shipping destination, I can't guarantee these shipping estimates. 
You can use the tracking number you received in your email if you have selected "Tracked Shipping" at the checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns:
According to articles L.221-18 and following ones of the french code of consumption, you can contact me within 14 days of delivery at laznye@gmail.com with your name, address and number of your order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping when you return the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept returns/refunds for custom products, personalized orders, deteriorated products, products used by the customer and digital products.

Cancellation:
Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are not accepted during sales.
Orders of digital products can't be cancel/refund because of the nature of these items.

Your order never arrives? I can't replacing/refund orders if you choose "standard shipping" at checkout. You have to choose "tracked shipping" if you want to be protected.
